Meet Our Master Franchisors

Helen Doron Educational Group franchisees are remarkable people, and a new breed of achievers that really love what they do. We’re extremely proud of our fast growing family of franchisees spanning four continents worldwide.

From teacher to big-time Master Franchisor in Poland:
Joanna Cesarz-Zbroszczyk has been a Helen Doron Early English Master Franchisor for Poland since 1999. Starting out as a teacher, she soon became convinced of what Helen Doron Learning Centers could accomplish in a country like Poland, just beginning to emulate a western-style political and economic system.

Joanna’s entrepreneurial instincts were very accurate. She not only recognized the enormous business potential of Helen Doron learning in Poland, but also brought many others on board to help realize her goal and share in her success.

Joanna now enjoys astounding success, with close to 10,000 students in over 60 Learning Centers in south Poland. As her educational franchise business continues to grow, Joanna says; “We are amazed at our success with Helen Doron… no one expected it to be that good …it’s magic!”

Quiet teacher builds educational empire in Hungary:
Ms. Klara Kiss, Helen Doron Early English National Franchisor for Hungary since 2003, has an M.A. in English and Russian literature, as well as linguistics, and runs three Helen Doron Educational Master Franchises concurrently; Helen Doron Early English, Ready-Steady-Move and MathRiders.

Klara says; “A method like Helen Doron - which is based on positive reinforcement and encouragement - can also encourage adults both in their lives and their careers.” She cleverly combines a genuine concern and interest in children's education, with an ability to build and manage a successful franchise business.

Klara's Hungarian educational franchise business currently includes approximately 8,000 students, and close to 70 Learning Centers countrywide; making her one of the most successful independent businesswomen in Hungary’s education industry.

Entrepreneurial spirit in south Germany:
Armin Ritschny has been a Helen Doron Early English Master Franchisor in south Germany since 1999. He says that he enjoys more job satisfaction and more earning power than he ever did working as a manager at a world-renowned electronic products firm.

Armin says; “Sometime in 1998 I thought - I'm working very hard for this electronics company, but no matter how hard I work I'll never own it - so I started looking around for my own business.” He heard about Helen Doron Early English as a franchise business opportunity.

As a successful Helen Doron Early English Master Franchisor, Armin says, “Now we have about 9,000 students, I have only scratched the potential so far, and the awareness of the value of our work to the children grows day by day. I'm self-employed but I have more time for my life and my family.”
