Prenatal and Postnatal Exercise program for Women and Infants
Pre-birth to 24 months


This program is aimed at promoting your health from early pregnancy, preparing you for birth, supporting you during the first weeks and months after the delivery, and providing you many enjoyable ways of bonding with your child while stimulating his or her motor development.

Together with your infant, you will learn different techniques to help settle and soothe him or her, facilitate digestion, and improve sleep patterns. The activities taught in class enhance your infantís flexibility and improve his or her muscle strength and tone, as well as coordination and balance.
